Haddon Layne Homes was born out of the desire to create fine, handcrafted, custom homes, built of a quality, which can only be accomplished by building by hand.

Geoffrey Haddon Layne has been involved in building since he was just 17. Founded in 1998, Layne Woodworks is a fully licensed and insured full-service renovation business. Geoff has worked his way up in a natural progression. From renovating period houses, to the custom-built heritage homes market, Geoff has also built an impeccable reputation for quality work, which gets completed on time, and on budget. Haddon Layne Homes was developed in 2004 to provide old world craftsmanship (and frankly, quality), while incorporating modern day conveniences and technological advancements to fully engineered and warrantied properties. Haddon Layne Homes Inc. is a Tarion Warranty Corporation registered builder.
